Gross pay: K3,000- K3,500 monthly About the Role We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Field Operations Officer to oversee our riders and agent network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Overseeing, managing and supporting riders and agents, ensuring efficient field operations and excellent service delivery. If youâre organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage daily activities of riders and agents. Collaborate in sourcing, onboarding, and train new riders and agents to grow our network. Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to verify rider locations, agent sites, and operational areas Handle riders/agent performance reviews and welfare matters. Assist dispatch team to ensure timely dispatches, collections, and assign deliveries to riders and Agents in line with company standards Maintain accurate records of riders, agents, routes, and field activities and report to management. Resolve rider/agent related issues and maintain good working relationships.
Take ownership of on-time delivery KPIs. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions fast. Requirements
