Equity BCDC recrute un Relationship Supervisor Micro à Kinshasa. La . L'objectif de ce poste est de piloter le développement du portefeuille de microentreprises et d'assurer l'acquisition et la fidélisation des clients à Kinshasa.

** Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 au minimum en Economie ou autre discipline apparentée.
Expérience : Justifier d'au moins 2 années d'expérience dans le domaine du crédit. Une expérience dans le secteur de la Microfinance et dans la gestion des projets serait un avantage. Parler couramment le français. L'Anglais constituerait un atout.
Compétences techniques : Expérience dans le domaine du crédit et la microfinance, maîtrise des procédures de crédit, gestion de portefeuille clients, connaissance des systèmes bancaires (NewGen), promotion des solutions digitales.
Compétences personnelles : Intégrité, dynamisme, enthousiasme, esprit d'équipe, attitude positive au travail, excellentes capacités de communication et de formation.
