Key responsibilities include:
Performing X-ray, CT support and ultrasound procedures. Conducting obstetric, abdominal and general sonography examinations. Ensuring radiation safety and proper imaging techniques. Maintaining accurate imaging records and timely reporting. Maintaining imaging equipment and promptly reporting faults.
Profile sought:
Diploma/BSc in Diagnostic Radiography & Imaging. Valid registration with the Radiographers Board of Kenya. Additional qualification/certification in Ultrasound (Sonography). Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in radiography and sonography. Strong knowledge of radiation safety and infection prevention protocols.
Required skills:
Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills.
Laboratory Technician
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma
Experience: 3 years
Location: Nairobi
Job Field: Science
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately in line with clinical protocols. Collect, process and handle patient specimens safely. Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results. Adhere to infection control, biosafety and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences. Valid KMLTTB practising licence. Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification clinical laboratory experience. Proficiency in routine and specialised testing, including haematology, biochemistry and microbiology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
