Security Operations Manager

The Savoy Hotel is currently seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to ensure the protection of our guests, staff, and the uncompromising standards of excellence that define our establishment, 24 hours a day. Key Responsibilities Experienced security professionals are sought to oversee and direct a cohesive security team, guaranteeing seamless daily operations and maintaining comprehensive coverage with unwavering confidence. Oversee the operation and maintenance of surveillance CCTV and access control systems to ensure seamless functionality and security compliance. Respond promptly to emergency situations while ensuring the maintenance of calm, control, and safety at all times. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety regulations and security protocols to ensure a secure environment. Collaborate effectively with heads of departments and local law enforcement agencies to ensure a secure environment. Conduct team patrols and perform security rounds, proactively identifying potential risks and hazards. Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and provide substantiated evidence to facilitate follow-up actions. Maintain comprehensive records, including incident reports, investigation documentation, and other relevant files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Spearhead risk management strategies and drive ongoing enhancements to operational processes. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to staff members regarding safety protocols, security awareness, and emergency response procedures. Qualifications (Required) Demonstrated expertise in hotel security, private security, or comparable professional settings. We possess extensive expertise in CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and overall security operations. Proven track record in team leadership and shift management. Proficient in conducting thorough incident investigations, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate documentation. A strong grasp of risk management principles and safety protocols is essential. Proficient in maintaining clear, professional communication and collaborating effectively with management and relevant authorities. Required security certification or license, as mandated by your jurisdiction, if applicable. Capable of accommodating varying schedules, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends. Qualifications (Preferred) Professional Rewriting: Candidates should possess relevant training or hands-on experience in emergency response protocols and first aid procedures, where applicable. Experience in security management, law enforcement, or corrections, where applicable, is required. Leveraged expertise in liaising with law enforcement agencies and municipal officials to facilitate seamless operational collaboration. Proficient in utilizing computing systems for the preparation of reports and the maintenance of documentation.
