Contexte : Le gouvernement kenyan opère un régime de pension non contributif depuis l'indépendance, entièrement financé par le Trésor public. Dans le cadre des réformes du secteur des pensions de la fonction publique, le gouvernement a promulgué la loi de 2012 sur le régime de retraite de la fonction publique (Public Service Superannuation Scheme Act, 2012).

Mener des enquêtes spéciales ou ponctuelles et examiner les conclusions issues des audits de routine ou à la demande de la direction.
Participer à la conception du processus d'audit interne du Fonds.
Coordonner la préparation du plan de risque annuel en analysant les activités et processus clés des différents départements, et préparer un résumé des domaines auditables / centres d'audit pour tous les départements.
Mener des enquêtes spéciales ou ponctuelles et examiner les conclusions issues des audits de routine ou à la demande.
Coordonner et superviser l'exécution de toutes les missions d'audit du département et en rendre compte.
Examiner la pertinence des réponses des clients audités aux conclusions de l'audit.
Organiser les réunions de clôture et animer les discussions sur les conclusions, les expositions au risque et les recommandations.
Examiner le rapport d'audit final et intégrer les révisions résultant des discussions de la réunion de clôture.

Diplôme de licence en Finance, Économie, Statistiques, Gestion de projet, Administration des affaires ou toute autre qualification pertinente d'une institution reconnue.
Connaissances requises :
Formation en gestion d'une durée d'au moins quatre (4) semaines dans une institution reconnue.
Adhésion à un organisme professionnel et en règle.
Maîtrise des applications informatiques.
Qualification professionnelle telle que CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA (K), CRMA, PRM ou équivalent d'une institution reconnue.
Avoir satisfait aux exigences du chapitre 6 de la Constitution.
Avoir démontré mérite et capacité à travers les performances et résultats au travail.

Avoir servi une période cumulative de neuf (9) ans, dont trois (3) ans au grade de Senior Internal Auditor, PSSF 6 ou dans un poste comparable.
