Funções Será responsável por receber e acolher clientes na entrada da agência Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e direcioná-los para os serviços apropriados Oferecer suporte e orientação sobre os produtos e serviços bancários Gerir o fluxo de clientes, garantindo um atendimento flexível e organizado Auxiliar na organização de filas e no agendamento de atendimento, quando necessário Garantir um ambiente acolhedor para os clientes Colaborar com a equipa de balcão para optimizar o atendimento e resolver questões e problemas de forma eficaz Requisitos Mínimo 12ª classe (concluída) ou equivalente Experiência com organização de filas e atendimento presencial Conhecimentos básico sobre os produtos e serviços bancários Excelente comunicação verbal e habilidades interpessoais Espirito de trabalho em equipa Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão Ser orientado para soluções Possuir proatividade e empatia Disponibilidade para um Contrato a Prazo Certo com duração de 03 (três) meses Valorizamos candidaturas de candidatos que se encontram no local da vaga Disponibilidade Imediata Benefícios A oportunidade de integrar uma equipa de trabalho forte e dinâmica, que proporciona um pacote de remuneração compatível com as qualificações e experiência demonstradas Notas Apenas candidatos pré-seleccionados serão contactados
