Job Description
We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale our core products. You’ll take ownership of complex technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on writing clean, maintainable code and wants to have real influence over how software gets built.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions. Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment. Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code following best practices. Participate in and help shape architectural and technical design decisions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt. Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards. Participate in on-call rotation and support production incident response as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#). Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications at scale. Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to microservices or distributed systems architecture. Prior experience mentoring or leading small project teams. Contributions to open-source projects.
