Job Description:
An e-commerce fulfillment officer manages the end-to-end order process from the online store to the customer’s door. Core duties include tracking inventory, picking and packing items, printing shipping labels and waybills, and coordinating with delivery riders or third-party logistics companies to ensure prompt accurate delivery.
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
