We are in search of a highly professional, attentive, and customer-focused Floor Ambassador to maintain an active floor presence, enhance visitor satisfaction, and ensure the efficient functioning of our office’s daily operations. This position encompasses key responsibilities in front-of-house reception, security protocols, facilities management, and workplace coordination. Responsibilities: Ensure a polished and professional demeanor is consistently maintained throughout the designated office areas. Perform routine walkthroughs of the facility to detect any security, operational, compliance, or facility-related issues. Observe and assess activities occurring within the workplace to detect any irregular or unauthorized behavior, ensuring the safety and security of the environment. Verify that employees and visitors adhere to established access and workplace protocols. Promptly elevate any security incidents, facility-related concerns, or operational risks to the appropriate stakeholders for immediate review and action. We extend a warm and professional greeting to employees, clients, visitors, and guests. Oversee the end-to-end visitor management workflow, including check-in procedures, registration documentation, granting or restricting facility access, and ensuring a smooth exit process for all visitors. Confirm visitor appointments and ensure seamless coordination with the pertinent employees or departments. Ensure guests are promptly guided to the correct meeting rooms, departments, or designated
