Ensuring Workplace Safety and Security Onsite: Supervising safety protocols and security measures to maintain a secure and compliant environment for all personnel and assets. Our primary responsibility involves overseeing onsite operations to mitigate potential safety hazards, vigilantly monitoring any irregularities in delivery processes, and enforcing rigorous security protocols to deter theft. Site Housekeeping & Resource Management: This role entails maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient resource utilization across the site to ensure a safe, productive, and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing waste disposal, ensuring proper storage of materials, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses. The position requires adherence to health and safety regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to uphold site standards. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene and resource management standards are essential. Before concluding the shift, coordinate onsite staff to systematically arrange and tidy equipment—including pallets, straps, and handcarts—in an orderly manner.
