The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting Tracepan systems at client sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and engaging directly with customers. Key Responsibilities Install and commission Tracepan systems at customer sites Perform system setup and testing Provide on-site technical support and fault-finding Train customers on system operation Complete installation and service documentation Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards Requirements Electrical qualification (Electrician / Electrical Technician / Engineering Diploma) Proven experience working with electrical systems in the field Ability to work independently and travel to client sites Valid driver’s licence Strong communication and customer service skills Advantageous Experience with similar monitoring/traceability systems Industrial or manufacturing environment experience IBCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to Employment Equity.
