- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et le suivi des stocks du bar
- Veiller à la bonne gestion du service client
- Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de confidentialité

- Responsable, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et dynamique
- Faire preuve d'honnêteté et de professionnalisme
- Avoir le sens de l'initiative et savoir travailler de manière autonome, avec un excellent sens du service
- Résider dans les environs du lieu de travail, ou sur le lieu de travail
- Justifier d'une expérience avérée dans la gestion de bars ou d'activités équivalentes
- Savoir utiliser l'outil informatique, ou être disposé(e) à apprendre
