Objet: Chargé(e) des Opérations pour le Projet Type de Contrat: Consultant Individuel
Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire d’au moins BAC+5 en économie/gestion, finance, administration des affaires, sciences sociales, droit ou ingénierie BTP. Une certification en gestion de projet (telle que PMP) ou un MBA constitue un atout significatif. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des procédures fiduciaires et de sauvegardes de la Banque Mondiale, connaissance des enjeux économiques modernes et de l’intégration économique, parfaite maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques standards (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de planification. Compétences personnelles : Bonne moralité, capacité à travailler en équipe, sous pression, dans un environnement multiculturel et en région à conflits, forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse, de rédaction et de gestion d’équipe.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Au moins 7 ans d’expérience à un poste en charge des opérations et de la supervision d’activités/programmes (gestion de projets d’infrastructures, évaluation technique, économique et financière). Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en qualité d’expert dans des projets complexes financés par des bailleurs internationaux (la Banque mondiale est un atout majeur). Instructions
