Responsabilités

• Procure pharmaceuticals from the pharmacy and subsequently administer them to patients as prescribed. Initiate and implement strategic measures aimed at enhancing performance and fostering sustained success. Prepare patients for surgical procedures by ensuring they are properly informed, assessed, and physically ready for operations. Supervise and mentor junior employees to ensure their professional development and alignment with organizational standards, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment while maintaining high-performance expectations. Collect patient specimens and perform laboratory sample collections as part of clinical evaluations. Accurately document observations and gather biological samples following established protocols and safety standards. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of specimens to maintain integrity for diagnostic testing. Maintain adherence to established professional standards of conduct and ethical guidelines. Educate and mentor student nurses and midwives in both theoretical and practical aspects of their training. Prepare patients thoroughly for referrals, ensuring all necessary documentation, medical history, and preliminary assessments are completed with precision and care. Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with performing any other duties deemed necessary by the In-charge as part of their responsibilities.
