Under the guidance of the Spiritual Ministry Director and in partnership with the Network Ministry Coordinator, the Counseling Ministry Coordinator facilitates the seamless integration of professional and pastoral counseling services throughout the patient experience, colleague support initiatives, and family assistance frameworks. The Counseling Ministry Coordinator serves as a key member of the Spiritual Ministry Department, entrusted with the responsibility of Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Lead initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with company objectives and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions that enhance productivity and profitability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate talent, strengthen capabilities, and promote professional development. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards. Serve as a key liaison between departments, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of essential functions within the organization, including but not limited to overseeing key projects, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The position demands expertise in designing, developing, and implementing programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational objectives. Ensure all counseling records and documentation are meticulously maintained with strict confidentiality and accuracy. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports punctually to both the Spiritual Ministry Director and the Network Ministry Coordinator.

Maintain stringent adherence to the highest benchmarks of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism in all counseling-related activities. Support hospital quality improvement initiatives—such as Safe care and DOH—by maintaining precise documentation and delivering services with integrity and adherence to ethical standards. Maintain a secure and hospitable counseling setting by strictly following infection prevention and control measures. Demonstrate a steadfast dedication to environmentally conscious and sustainable work methodologies, fostering a culture of stewardship and the judicious utilization of resources. Seeking candidates with at least three years of hands-on experience in biblical counseling, trauma care, or psychosocial support—ideally with a focus on children and families. Professional candidates will preferably have prior experience working with children who have disabilities or within hospital environments. A background in trauma-informed or pastoral counseling, supported by relevant certification or training, is highly preferred.
