Door Beyond War is seeking a qualified consultancy company to deliver an Evidence-Based Advocacy, Leadership, and Policy-Maker Engagement Consultancy within the “Univocal Voices Project: Opening Channels for Dialogue,” implemented under the FORCE4Refugees Coalition. The consultancy aims to support civil society organizations and refugee-led organizations in transforming participatory research findings into a joint advocacy strategy and practical tools for engagement with institutions and policy-makers. Localisation
Location: Gaziantep, Türkiye – Hybrid modality Maximum duration: 20 working days (160 hours) Expected implementation period: August 2026 – March 2027 Training language: Arabic Scope of Work The selected consultancy company or team will be responsible for: Designing and delivering a five-day participatory training programme in Arabic on evidence-based advocacy, leadership development, and engagement with policy-makers. Integrating a Training of Trainers component into the training programme. Providing mentoring and technical support to participating civil society organizations and refugee-led organizations. Supporting participants in transforming research findings and community perspectives into clear advocacy priorities. Developing a joint advocacy strategy and an accompanying action plan. Preparing at least three policy briefs based on the available research findings and identified advocacy priorities. Developing practical advocacy, communication, and engagement tools in Arabic, Turkish, and English. Supporting inclusive, community-led, and responsible approaches to advocacy and institutional engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience Applicants must: Be a limited liability company or sole proprietorship legally registered in Türkiye. Be able to issue an official invoice.
Expérience
Demonstrate relevant experience in evidence-based advocacy, engagement with policy-makers, leadership development, civil society capacity strengthening, or related fields. Propose a Lead Trainer with at least seven years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrate experience in designing and delivering participatory training programmes. Have experience working with civil society organizations, refugee-led organizations, refugees, or host communities. Have the capacity to deliver the training in Arabic and prepare the required outputs in Arabic, Turkish, and English.
