The evaluation aims to assess the relevance, performance, and strategic positioning of ONU Femmes' interventions in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment. The consultant will conduct stakeholder mapping, facilitate interviews and focus groups, analyze qualitative data, and contribute to report writing. This role requires collaboration with both national and international consultants and involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective evaluation outcomes. Master's degree in social sciences or related field At least 5 years of relevant evaluation experience Strong analytical and writing skills Experience in gender-sensitive evaluation methods Knowledge of Niger's socio-political context Fluency in French; English is a plus Experience in UN system evaluations is an asset
