Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir un controle financier rigoureux, la conformite et un reporting pertinent afin d'appuyer les decisions strategiques de l'entreprise.
Responsabilites cles :
Piloter les processus de cloture mensuelle et annuelle ; preparer et examiner les comptes de gestion (P&L, bilan, flux de tresorerie) ; superviser les reconciliations de bilan, la comptabilite analytique et l'analyse des ecarts ; garantir des controles internes robustes sur les operations financieres ; gerer la prevision de tresorerie, les operations de tresorerie et la liquidite ; assurer la liaison avec les banques et optimiser le besoin en fonds de roulement (stocks, creances, dettes) ; veiller a la pleine conformite avec la reglementation fiscale kenyane (TVA, PAYE, CIT, WHT) ; gerer les declarations fiscales, les audits KRA et la conformite legale ; diriger les processus d'audit et coordonner avec les auditeurs externes ; manager et developper l'equipe comptable ; collaborer avec les operations et la direction pour fournir des analyses et des rapports financiers.
CPA (K) – obligatoire ; ACCA / finaliste ou membre CPA – preferable ; minimum 5 a 7 ans d'experience en comptabilite/finance, dont au moins 3 ans a un poste d'encadrement (experience en industrie preferable) ; maitrise des systemes ERP (SAP Business One est un atout) ; bonne connaissance des IFRS et des lois fiscales kenyanes.
