The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to guests, manage the front desk area, answer phone calls, and direct guests to the appropriate department or person. Jobs Essential Duties and Responsibilities Welcome guests to the office, determine their purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate department or person. Respond to inquiries made through phone calls and email, directing them to the appropriate department or person. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages, and ensure that they are distributed to the right departments or persons. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders for new supplies as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest’s logs, phone calls, and other relevant information. Key Requirements: A female presentable Ugandan candidate is preferred for this role and should be of age between 22 years to 26 years. Attach your digital current colored passport photo on your cover letter and CV. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with different types of people. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office equipment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
