Job description Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the execution of product qualification testing with support from a team of technicians. Draft qualification test procedures aligned with relevant environmental and performance standards (e.g. DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704). Manage test infrastructure readiness and liaise with internal engineering teams and external testing facilities. Conduct and oversee testing activities, ensuring accurate, timely and complete data capture. Analyse test results, perform root‑cause analysis where required, and provide engineering feedback to design teams. Compile detailed qualification test reports for formal review and sign‑off. Support continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools and team performance. Willingness to travel for off‑site testing when necessary. Candidate Requirements Qualifications BEng or BTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant testing, reliability or qualification environment Technical Skills Solid understanding of electronic engineering principles Hands‑on knowledge of environmental and functional qualification testing methodologies Familiarity with standards such as DO‑160, MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑STD‑704 Proficiency in interpreting and applying test procedures, reports and specifications Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Team player with a positive “get‑the‑job‑done” attitude Effective communication skills
