Le Conseil norvégien pour les réfugiés (NRC) recrute un Area Manager pour son bureau de Bouar, en République centrafricaine.
Dans un contexte où la République centrafricaine continue de faire face à d'importants besoins humanitaires, de protection et de relèvement résultant d'années de conflit, de déplacements et d'un accès limité aux services de base, le NRC est présent en RCA depuis 2014 et continue de mettre en œuvre des programmes à travers une présence réduite mais stratégique.
Dans le cadre de la transition RCA-Cameroun, le NRC passera d'un modèle de bureau pays autonome en RCA à une présence opérationnelle intégrée sous le bureau pays du Cameroun. Cette transition ne constitue pas un retrait de la RCA, mais une adaptation du modèle opérationnel visant à maintenir une présence ciblée, conforme et axée sur les programmes, tout en améliorant le rapport coût-efficacité, la supervision et la durabilité.
Le modèle opérationnel 2027 devrait être centré sur Bouar comme principal pôle opérationnel, avec une couverture opérationnelle de Paoua/Bocaranga et de Kaga Bandoro selon les subventions confirmées et les besoins opérationnels.
