Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop our store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals Conduct store visits, evaluate operations, and implement improvements Recruit, hire, and train new managers to join our team Analyze sales data, minimize costs, and optimize inventory management Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and teamwork across our stores Requirements 5–10 years of retail experience (clothing sector a plus!) Tertiary qualification advantageous Proven people management skills and a sales-driven mindset Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills High level of self-motivation, determination, and integrity
