ENVIRONMENT:

THE coding talents of a critical-thinking and solutions-driven Software Developer is wanted by a dynamic provider of Software & Consulting solutions in the Manufacturing industry to join its remote team. You will work on real-world manufacturing challenges to improve efficiency and solve complex operational problems through existing tools as well as custom-built digital tools and intelligent automation. The companys mission is to deliver impactful solutions by combining domain expertise, modern technologies, and continuous innovation to solve practical problems on the shop floor. Applicants will need a minimum of 3 years Software Development experience preferably both Frontend & Backend.

REQUIREMENTS:

Has at least 3 years of Software Development experience (Full Stack preferred or experience with both Frontend and Backend).

Enjoys solving problems and designing solutions.

Is curious and adaptable, eager to learn and grow.

Takes pride and ownership in their work - from design to delivery.

Sees technology as a tool for solving problems, not just an end in itself.

Embraces AI-assisted workflows - not as a buzzword, but as an integral part of improving productivity and creativity.

Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, while staying collaborative and communicative.

Is able to maintain coding standards and practices.
