Job Title: Senior Community Health Extension Worker (SCHEW)
Location: Zamfara
Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements: Appropriate SCHEW certification from a recognized institution plus valid practice license.
General Eligibility:
Nigerian citizen by birth
Valid National ID/NIN
Age: 18–40 years
Medically and physically fit
No criminal record; not dismissed from public service
Willingness to work in rural areas and be deployed anywhere in the state.
Document Checklist: Candidates are to provide the following listed below:
Passport photograph
Birth certificate/declaration
LGA Indigene certificate
Curriculum Vitae
Academic certificates
Professional certificates & practising licences (where applicable)
Valid NIN slip/card
Automatic Disqualification: Candidates will be disqualified if they provide:
Missing or invalid professional licence
Incorrect age
Incomplete academic requirements
Multiple submissions
Falsified documents.
