ENVIRONMENT:

Our client, a top player in the BPO game, is on the hunt for a German-speaking Customer Sales & Service Representative who's ready to bring the wow to customer service! If you're fluent in German and have a knack for helping people, this ones for you. Youll be the friendly voice helping customers with everything from booking flights and checking fares to finding the best connections and explaining airline policies. Think of yourself as the go-to travel guru for our international clients keeping things smooth, stress-free, and super helpful. If youve got a passion for travel, love solving problems, and can chat in German like a pro, you might just be the perfect fit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification)

Computer literacy at intermediate level

Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous

Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions

ATTRIBUTES:

Native/ Advanced level German & English Language Skills

Excellent German Written Skills (skills will be assessed)
