Support Helpdesk niveau 1 et 2 : assistance des utilisateurs, à distance et sur site, résolution des incidents Installation et maintenance des postes Windows, imprimantes, scanners et périphériques ; maintenance préventive et curative du parc Installation des OS, logiciels bureautiques, applications métiers, ERP (Sage Saari), téléphonie IP Administration des routeurs MikroTik (RouterOS) : NAT, DHCP, pare-feu, bande passante, VPN, hotspot Réseau LAN et Wi-Fi : cùblage, sertissage RJ45, brassage, switchs, points d'accÚs, sécurité Vidéosurveillance CCTV/IP : caméras, DVR/NVR, accÚs à distance, sauvegarde des enregistrements Pointeuses biométriques et contrÎle d'accÚs (Hikvision, ZKTeco) : installation, configuration, gestion des droits Comptes utilisateurs, partages de fichiers et droits d'accÚs Sécurité informatique, antivirus, sauvegardes ; SQL Server : extraction et analyse de données, rapports Excel Supervision du réseau et de la connexion Internet ; documentation et inventaire du parc Job Requirements
Homme, 20 Ă 30 ans Bac+2 (BTS/DUT) ou Licence en Informatique, RĂ©seaux et TĂ©lĂ©coms, Maintenance des SystĂšmes Informatiques, GĂ©nie Informatique ou domaine connexe â diplĂŽme obtenu Une premiĂšre expĂ©rience en support IT ou administration rĂ©seau est un atout
Maßtrise de Windows et notions Windows Server Solides bases réseaux : TCP/IP, adressage, sous-réseaux, DNS, DHCP, VLAN MikroTik RouterOS (ou forte capacité à l'apprendre rapidement) Cùblage réseau et maintenance matérielle Notions en vidéosurveillance IP, pointeuses biométriques et contrÎle d'accÚs (atout) Rigueur, esprit d'équipe, sens du service et de la confidentialité Anglais technique souhaité Applicant profile
