MTN Cameroun is looking for a Manager - Key Account Management Public Sector within the Enterprise Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Support the development of sub-divisional strategy aligned with broader divisional goals; Drive effective strategy execution by providing clear direction, structure, business plans, and support.
Team Leadership and Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage talent in compliance with legal frameworks; Foster open communication and implement change management initiatives where needed; Clarify roles, responsibilities, individual objectives, and performance expectations for the team; Establish KPIs and deliver regular feedback through a structured performance review process; Develop and execute a training plan to enhance team skills and capabilities; Actively contribute to the leadership team; Facilitate team development by creating opportunities for growth; Promote an 'MTN-centric' mindset and partnership approach to foster collaboration and adherence to Group governance; Collaborate across divisions and drive cross-functional teamwork; Ensure project team targets and deadlines are met; Lead team meetings and contribute on technical/specialist matters as needed; Monitor performance dashboards.
Governance
Provide input on all project initiatives; Contribute to strategic meetings as required; Participate in developing proposals for change initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Escalations
Resolve escalations affecting critical service delivery; Escalate issues with potential significant impact on time, scope, employee/customer relations, or costs; Provide solutions to issues requiring formal resolution.
Function Tactical
Contribute to setting objectives, targets, and budgets for the function; Identify key risks, issues, and dependencies, and define mitigation actions; Prepare documentation for decision-making on tactical changes.
Opco Tactical
Stay informed on global and local best practices and recommend opportunities to the Segment Senior Manager; Provide input on all project reviews.
Performance
Review performance against KPIs and SLA compliance; Monitor and update continuous improvement plans; Ensure alignment with divisional strategy; Continuously track performance and adjust strategies to deliver targets.
Reporting
Provide periodic progress reports based on organizational metrics; Deliver ad hoc reports on specific projects as needed.
Budgets
Manage sub-divisional budgets in line with business objectives; Oversee project budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
Compliance
Employees are the first line of compliance defense and must act as Compliance Champions; Full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures is mandatory; Non-compliance or negligence will be addressed under MTN CAMEROUN's Disciplinary Policy; Employees must attend compliance training and proactively report compliance concerns; With support from Compliance Champions and the Risk & Compliance team, review and update compliance obligations and control testing activities.
Operational Delivery
Conduct sales activities for Corporate Key Accounts and negotiate pricing within delegation of authority; Develop plans to drive revenue growth across all products and services in the portfolio; Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures; Build relationships with key decision-makers; Assess short- and long-term impact of sales strategies on operating profit; Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and senior management to manage sales promotion budgets; Review expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities; Manage Corporate Key Accounts throughout their lifecycle; Negotiate and finalize contracts.

Financial
Value creation through business optimization and cost reduction; Enterprise Financial Health (Revenue, EBITDA, ARPU, and other ratios); Business growth and cost-effectiveness from process optimization and new initiatives.
Internal
Growth in customer base, product sales, and contracts; New business opportunities from product launches, market growth, and innovation.
Customer
Impact from customer engagement and ecosystem management, including Net Promoter Score and customer insight management; Benefits to MTN/Telecom industry from policy influence and stakeholder engagement; Brand value and corporate positioning through ecosystem management.
People (Learning & Growth)
Employee engagement and satisfaction indices; Change management; Employer branding and company pride.
Key Metrics
Revenue growth percentage; Customer retention rate; Collection rate; Implementation of new business development initiatives.
Formation / Diplômes
Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Telecoms fields; Additional IT, Engineering, or commercial qualifications (e.g., B. Comm.) are advantageous; Master's degree is a plus; Fluency in the local language and basic English proficiency.
Experience
At least 8 years of experience selling to Large Organizations and Public Sector, with a minimum of 5 years in IT or telecom sales; 5+ years in enterprise products; Experience in ICT and Cloud solutions sales is an advantage; Experience in supervising/managing others; Experience in a medium to large organization.
Training
Financial analysis for non-financial professionals; Sales and negotiation skills; Experience sharing; Commercial territory management; Leadership skills training; Marketing induction.
