  • Diplôme ou niveau : BAC+2, option comptabilité ou équivalent

[MISSIONS]

  • Réceptionner les dossiers comptables
  • Saisir les factures et les chèques établis dans un fichier Excel
  • Codifier et imputer les pièces comptables
  • Procéder au classement et à l'archivage chronologique numérique des pièces sur le serveur
  • Tenir la caisse
  • Faire les copies des dossiers
  • Déposer les virements et autres dossiers en banque
  • Effectuer le règlement des factures SONABEL et ONEA
  • Exécuter toutes les autres tâches confiées

[COMPÉTENCES]

  • Maîtriser le système comptable OHADA
  • Avoir des connaissances en SAGE comptabilité, Excel, Word
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'esprit créatif, de force de proposition et de curiosité
  • Être organisée et méthodique

[CONDITIONS]

  • Durée : trois (03) mois de stage rémunéré
  • Être disponible immédiatement serait un atout
