[MISSIONS]

  • Maîtriser son argumentaire de vente pour bien organiser son travail
  • Émettre des appels sortants pour présenter les produits et services aux prospects de manière convaincante et détaillée
  • Savoir adapter son argumentaire de vente selon chaque profil client
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et contribuer aux objectifs de l'équipe

Une formation complète est assurée avant la prise de fonction.

  • Niveau BAC +2 ou diplôme équivalent
  • 1 an d'expérience
  • Savoir maîtriser ses émotions face à l'agressivité de certains clients
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Sens de l'écoute et de l'orientation
  • Bonne capacité de diagnostic et d'analyse
  • Des notions de bureautique sont souhaitées
