Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures RH, en couvrant le recrutement, les relations avec le personnel, la gestion de la performance et le bien-être des employés.

Coordonner le recrutement, la sélection et l'intégration du personnel. Bâtir et promouvoir la culture d'entreprise interne. Tenir à jour les dossiers du personnel et les bases de données RH. Soutenir les processus de gestion de la performance et d'évaluation. Administrer les contrats, les congés, les promotions et les mesures disciplinaires. Veiller au respect des lois du travail et des politiques RH institutionnelles. Coordonner les activités de formation et de renforcement des capacités. Traiter les réclamations et les questions relatives au bien-être du personnel. Préparer les rapports RH et les statistiques sur les effectifs. Assurer la correspondance relative aux relations publiques.
Qualifications et expérience :
Diplôme en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, en Psychologie Industrielle, en Administration des Affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Être membre de ZIHRM avec une licence d'exercice en cours de validité. Au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste RH.
Compétences clés :
Solide connaissance des lois du travail et des meilleures pratiques RH. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Confidentialité et professionnalisme. Compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
