Ce poste implique la planification, la mise en œuvre et le rapportage des activités du programme au niveau communautaire, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la redevabilité.

Le candidat retenu sera chargé de :
Assurer la liaison avec les bénéficiaires et collecter les données nécessaires au suivi des activités.
Maintenir des relations étroites avec les autorités locales et les partenaires.
Contribuer à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des activités de suivi sur le terrain.
Préparer des rapports sur les activités réalisées, conformément aux exigences du programme.
S'engager à respecter les valeurs du PAM et à promouvoir l'inclusion et l'engagement communautaire.

Achèvement de l'enseignement secondaire.
5 ans d'expérience de terrain.
Expérience dans la collecte de données à l'aide d'outils numériques.
Maîtrise d'une langue des Nations Unies et d'une langue locale.
Connaissance des plateformes de collecte de données (KoboCollect, ODK).
Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français.
Capacité à travailler sous pression.
Esprit d'équipe et bonnes compétences en communication.
