Job Objective To drive corporate sales, manage key accounts, lead and win bids, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective pricing, credit, and payment management. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow corporate (B2B/B2G) client accounts
  • Lead the entire bidding process and negotiate contracts successfully
  • Develop and maintain active clients with consistent monthly volumes
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships
  • Manage pricing to ensure profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and sales reports
  • Handle account reconciliation, credit control, and cash collection
  • Build strong professional networks within the corporate sector
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and reports

  • Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge

🧠 Profil recherché

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

💼 Expérience

  • At least 3 years’ experience as Sales Rep or similar role (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Proven B2B/B2G sales and bidding experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
