Job Description Location: Sunyani Branch A very reputable Automobile company who is  the leader in assembling, sales and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana requires the services of a Cashier for it’s Sunyani Branch. Responsibilities Accurately process cash and cheque payments for vehicle purchases, down payments, and service/parts invoices. Handle large sums of money with integrity and precision. Entering of truck sales information on Tally ERP System. Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately. Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure timely submission. Greet customers warmly and process their transactions efficiently. Explain charges and payment details clearly and professionally. Answer customer questions regarding their bills or direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even during high-pressure situations. File and maintain financial records and transaction reports. Assist the accounting and sales departments with paperwork related to vehicle sales. Verify and process paperwork for cashier's checks and other financial instrument Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and cash handling. Ensure the security of the cash drawer and confidential customer information at all times. In addition, any other duty that may be assigned by Supervisor/Manager from time to time Required Skills or Experience Qualifications & Requirements HND/Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years working experience. A student/member of ICA or ACCA is an added advantage. Ability to make a journal entry and have a good understanding of basic accounting principles. And any other duty that may be assigned by Supervisor/Manager from time to time.
