JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:  Graphics Designer Location:  Douala, Cameroon Contract:  Full-time Industry:  Print Production

About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual materials for print production, ensuring brand consistency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative visuals for print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, etc.).

Collaborate with the sales and production teams to understand client requirements.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Prepare final artwork files for print production.

Stay updated on design trends and software.

Requirements

Education:  Minimum Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.

Experience:  Minimum 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, print production, or digital marketing environment.

Technical Skills:  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Languages:  Bilingual (English & French)

Nationality:  Cameroonian

Age:  23–35 years

Compensation

Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 XAF
