The Cash and Market Systems Programme Development Manager will lead the design and implementation of market-sensitive programs for NRC Nigeria, focusing on Cash Voucher Assistance (CVA) and market systems. This role involves providing technical leadership, conducting market assessments, and developing systems to enhance program quality and efficiency. The manager will collaborate with various teams and partners to ensure effective cash transfer modalities and capacity building. Additionally, the position requires engagement in external coordination platforms to strengthen partnerships and improve program outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Business Studies, or Economics At least 4 years of field experience in cash and market-based programming Understanding of CVA and market-based programming in humanitarian settings Experience with multi-sector emergency response, including MPCA and RRM Experience building partnerships with the private sector Familiarity with digital payment platforms and CVA delivery tools Strong strategic thinking and accountability skills Proven experience in complex and volatile contexts Strong coordination and analytical skills Fluency in English
