Dracula Program Africa drives transformative change across the continent by addressing critical systemic gaps in education, professional growth, and healthcare access. Through three strategic pillars—professional mentorship, women’s health and education, and academic sponsorship—the organization empowers individuals and communities to thrive. By fostering connections between emerging leaders and seasoned professionals, delivering integrated health and education services, and providing scholarships, Dracula Program Africa builds clear pathways to sustainable progress. The measurable success of this approach is evident in the rising number of beneficiaries who assume influential positions across diverse sectors. As the organization scales its impact, it seeks collaborative partners and team members who are equally committed to fostering equitable opportunity and long-term development across Africa. The Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in advancing this mission as a full-time, remote position focused on expanding and nurturing high-impact collaborations. This role requires leading the design and execution of partnership strategies, cultivating relationships with corporate, nonprofit, academic, and healthcare stakeholders across Africa and beyond, and negotiating agreements that drive mutual benefit and tangible results. Responsibilities include conducting targeted outreach, facilitating pitch meetings, coordinating joint initiatives and sponsorships, monitoring partnership performance, and producing insightful reports and presentations for internal and external audiences. The Director will work in close alignment with program, communications, and finance teams to ensure partnerships contribute meaningfully to organizational objectives and resource allocation. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and navigate cross-cultural contexts. The role demands extensive experience in strategic partnerships and relationship-building within education, health, or professional development sectors. Strong account management capabilities are essential to maintain partner satisfaction and oversee diverse partnership portfolios. Strategic planning expertise is required to set partnership goals, develop actionable roadmaps, and ensure initiatives align with broader organizational priorities. A background in sales or business development—demonstrated through experience in pitching, negotiation, and securing partnership agreements or sponsorships—is highly valued. Familiarity with social impact, international development, or nonprofit operations, particularly within African contexts, is preferred. Analytical acumen is critical for evaluating partnership performance, impact metrics, and financial considerations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating autonomy, adaptability in managing competing priorities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field is required, with an advanced

  • Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
  • Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
  • Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
  • Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
  • Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
  • A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
