Job Summary
As a Field Collections Officer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working directly in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities to expand our customer base and promote financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and sign up new customers in markets, trading centers, boda stages, and communities. Open new accounts daily and grow active customers. Mobilize savings and investments. Promote Uwezo products such as Savings, Loans, Money Transfer, and Insurance. Educate customers on financial discipline and wealth creation. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly. Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty. Participate in field campaigns and community activations. Submit daily activity and performance reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum qualification: Certificate. Experience level: Entry level. Experience length: 1 year. Language requirement: English, Luganda, Runyankore. Working hours: Full Time - 8 to 5. Location: Uganda.
