Ground Security Supervisor Position Available A supervisory role is open within the security team for a Ground Security Supervisor at our facility. This position requires overseeing personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Candidates must have prior experience in security supervision or a related role, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing security staff, conducting routine inspections, and responding to incidents as needed. GEYES INCORPORATED Location: Kitwe, Zambia EYES Incorporated, a premier security services provider with operations throughout Zambia, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to assume the role of Ground Security Manager. Reporting Line: The Ground Security Manager operates under the direct supervision of the Commander (Operations) and is responsible for supervising Guarding Controllers as well as site-based security personnel. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage Guarding Controllers across designated sites to ensure operational consistency and compliance with security protocols. Oversee the daily deployment and attendance tracking of security personnel to ensure operational readiness and compliance with established schedules. Perform routine spot checks and comprehensive site inspections to verify adherence to established operational standards. Conduct thorough examinations of security incidents, breaches, or instances of non-compliance, and prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, root causes, and potential impacts. Collaborate closely with the security manager to address and resolve operational challenges and escalation issues at the ground level. Our team is responsible for ensuring that all guarding personnel strictly comply with established company policies and maintain high standards of discipline. Proper execution of shift handover protocols must be maintained to ensure seamless continuity of operations between shifts. Prepare daily and weekly security reports for management review. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Earned qualification in Security Management, Criminology, or a closely aligned discipline. With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a security supervisory or management capacity, candidates should demonstrate proven leadership within the field. Prior experience in security operations is highly desirable. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Zambian security industry regulations and standards.
