Formation / Diplômes
Diplômes : Titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire (minimum BAC+3) en comptabilité, management, gestion, finances ou un autre domaine connexe. Compétences techniques : Expérience significative dans l’utilisation de systèmes d’information financière informatisés. Bonne maîtrise des outils de Bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook). Expérience de travail antérieure avec des programmes financés par le gouvernement Américain (préférence). Expérience dans une ONG nationale et/ou internationale est un avantage considérable. Compétences personnelles : Bonnes capacités de communication et bonne maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l’anglais. Capable de communiquer de manière claire et positive. Rigueur, flexibilité, esprit d’équipe, honnêteté et disponibilité. Capacité de résistance au stress. Bonne capacité d’écoute et de prise d’initiative.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine des finances et de la comptabilité. Une expérience de travail dans la gestion des partenaires d’exécution de projet est un atout. Instructions
