Le National Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer coordonnera les activités de partenariat et de mobilisation de ressources au sein de l'Unité de mobilisation des ressources du Bureau régional. Ce rôle implique de collaborer avec les donateurs, de préparer des propositions et d'accroître la visibilité du travail de l'OIM. L'agent soutiendra également la gestion des connaissances et la coordination interne afin de faciliter les efforts de mobilisation de ressources dans les bureaux de pays. Le poste requiert de solides compétences analytiques et de communication pour gérer efficacement les relations avec les donateurs et les opportunités de financement.
Diplôme de licence ou de master dans un domaine pertinent. Deux ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Expérience dans les programmes liés à la migration. Expérience en matière de partenariats et de mobilisation de ressources. Solides compétences rédactionnelles et analytiques. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
