Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Team Leader, you will:
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and departmental performance targets. Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales objectives while expanding the company’s customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support the loan application process by ensuring quality customer onboarding and efficient loan processing. Prepare sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
A minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related business field. At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. At least 2 years of experience in logbook financing or a similar lending environment. Strong knowledge of lending practices, loan processing procedures, and credit operations. Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Skills Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management abilities. A strategic mindset with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or loan management systems is an added advantage.
Digital Marketing Officer

As the Digital Marketing Officer, you will:

Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent graphic design and content creation tools. Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO principles, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
