Additionally, you will design and oversee custom dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to monitor KPIs for stakeholders. Collaboration with marketing and development teams will be essential to plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests aimed at enhancing user experience and boosting conversion rates. Regular audits of tracking implementations will be conducted to address data gaps or discrepancies, while data findings will inform proactive recommendations to elevate digital marketing performance and ROI. Qualified candidates must possess 3–5 years of practical experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is required, with additional experience in SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) considered advantageous. The ideal applicant demonstrates a keen ability to interpret data, discern trends, and craft compelling data-driven narratives.
