Cristosal is looking for a communications professional who can turn investigations, legal casework, advocacy, and regional analysis into content that reaches donors, journalists, policymakers, influencers, and the public — taking complicated, substantive work and making it clear and shareable, then using that to grow our audience and support fundraising. This person will own both the storytelling and the brand: shaping narratives, producing content across platforms, and keeping Cristosal’s voice consistent.
