The Graduate Associate Internship, part of TBI Rwanda’s Young Professional Program, offers a structured pathway for exceptional recent graduates to embark on a career in government advisory and public sector delivery. Interns are fully integrated into project teams, contributing to real-time research, analysis, and implementation activities that directly support Rwanda’s key development priorities.
