We’re in search of an innovative and strategic Brand Designer to lead the evolution of our company’s visual identity. This position will empower you to develop scalable design systems, produce impactful visual materials, and establish robust brand guidelines that guarantee a seamless, unified experience across every digital and physical interaction. As a Brand Designer, you will work in close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams to transform our key business goals into visually compelling, high-fidelity creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include the creation, expansion, and upkeep of core visual identity systems—such as logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery. You’ll also design and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms, including web, social media, print, and presentations. Additionally, you’ll craft high-quality visual assets for digital marketing initiatives, sales presentations, event promotions, and social media content. Partnering with marketing and growth teams, you’ll develop landing pages, email templates, and ad units that drive conversions while adhering to brand standards. Staying ahead of market trends and competitor visual strategies will be essential to keeping our brand dynamic, relevant, and engaging. Qualified candidates will possess 3–5 years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or marketing design, ideally within tech, SaaS, or e-commerce. Your portfolio must demonstrate expertise in building brand identity systems, layout design, typography, and marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate creative concepts and rationale effectively via video. You should excel at blending inventive creativity with a strategic grasp of business and brand objectives. Experience in motion design (After Effects), video editing, or web-based brand asset development (Webflow/HTML) is a plus.
