Responsabilités
The Pool & Recreation Attendant ensures the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of the hotel’s recreational facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and children’s play areas. This role provides a welcoming environment and assists guests with equipment and activities. Vacation Rentals & Short-Term Stays Responsibilities or duties Pool Safety: Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety. Enforce pool rules and regulations. Provide assistance in case of emergency (AED/CPR trained). Guest Service: Greet guests and provide towels, sunscreen, and water. Assist with setting up poolside chairs and umbrellas. Promote and book recreational activities. Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, changing rooms, fitness center, and equipment storage. Test pool chemical levels and report issues. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain recreational equipment (pool toys, games, gym equipment) to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maps Inventory: Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and vending machine items. Activities: Organize and lead scheduled activities and games for guests (e.g., water polo, aqua aerobics). Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills) Education: High school diploma. Certifications: Valid Lifeguard certification (CPR/First Aid required; AED preferred). Skills: Strong swimming ability. Knowledge of water safety protocols and chemical handling. Swimming Pools Attributes: Vigilant, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
