In this role, you will manage daily farm routines, direct field workers, monitor agricultural projects, and ensure farm resources are utilized productively to maximize yields and maintain order on site. Key Responsibilities Field Supervision: Coordinate daily farm activities, delegate tasks to agricultural laborers, and monitor work quality across the farm. Operations Management: Oversee planting, weeding, harvesting, equipment maintenance, and general farm upkeep. Leadership & Command: Provide strong, clear leadership to field workers, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
