UNICEF is seeking a Consultancy Consultant to support the revision of the PNSN and the integration of the Triple Nexus approach in Niger. The role involves analyzing existing policies, developing a multisectoral action plan, and enhancing coordination mechanisms. The consultant will also establish accountability frameworks and propose a communication strategy. This position is based in Niamey and may include field missions. Master's degree in social sciences, public health, nutrition, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition governance Proven experience in policy development Experience in fragile contexts Experience in Africa/Sahel preferred Good knowledge of the triple nexus Strong writing and analytical skills Understanding of the first 2,000 days of life approach Fluency in French; English is a plus PhD in Nutrition/Public Health is an asset
