Superbo Media recherche un développeur full-stack junior pour rejoindre son équipe à Lagos en tant que lead ingénieur local. Vous serez chargé de construire et de maintenir des plateformes numériques en direct, en coordination avec notre CTO basé aux États-Unis. Vous prendrez en charge les fonctionnalités front-end et back-end, déploierez des agents IA personnalisés (Claude Code, API ChatGPT) et gérerez les bases de données.

Expérience : Ce poste est de niveau débutant, avec une expérience de 2 ans requise. La langue de travail est l'anglais. Les horaires sont à temps plein, de 8h à 17h.

Responsabilités :
Développement full-stack : créer et itérer sur des composants front-end et back-end réactifs et performants en utilisant React/Next.js et Node.js.
Développement d'agents IA : concevoir, construire et déployer des agents IA en production en utilisant Claude Code, les API ChatGPT et les frameworks LLM modernes.
Gestion de la plateforme et des bases de données : maintenir les pipelines d'ingestion de contenu, écrire des requêtes de base de données optimisées, surveiller les performances et signaler rapidement toute dégradation.
Collaboration intercontinentale : exécuter les tickets de sprint, participer aux synchronisations asynchrones quotidiennes (Slack, Loom, vidéo) et maintenir une hygiène stricte du code et de Git.
Adaptabilité : exécuter des tâches d'ingénierie sur de nouveaux projets clients ou développer des marques internes selon les affectations dans notre modèle de services partagés.
Exigences :
Solide connaissance pratique de JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, Node.js et de scripts Python propres.
Expérience pratique dans la construction et la gestion d'agents IA personnalisés avec des API LLM, ainsi qu'une grande maîtrise de Claude Code et ChatGPT comme outils de développement actifs.
Expérience pratique avec la conteneurisation Docker, les API REST et la gestion de bases de données (PostgreSQL, MySQL ou MongoDB).
Solides fondamentaux en Git (branches, pull requests, commits propres). Une expérience avec l'automatisation Make.com est un plus.
Anglais écrit clair pour une communication asynchrone à distance. Un profil GitHub ou un portfolio avec du code réel écrit par vos soins est strictement requis.
