You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital archiving strategy, ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of the IRC’s digital assets. Collaborate with the Information Technology department to design and implement a digital archiving system that meets the IRC’s needs. Work with program staff to identify and prioritize digital assets for preservation and archiving. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for digital archiving and records management. Provide training and support to staff on digital archiving and records management best practices. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital archiving, records management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of digital archiving principles, practices, and technologies. Experience with digital archiving software and systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
